At our company, even after the allocation to each department is decided, we prepare training in various departments over about 4 months to more deeply learn about Ansei. We teach method of working and technology/knowledge in detail from the basics. You will work at your assigned department after learning, in depth, the framework of Ansei, so you can start working with true peace of mind.

FLOW-#01
Explanation at each department, factory visit
Explanation at each department, factory visit In order to learn the internal products, organization, and work content, and explanation at each department and factory visit is conducted over two days. You will understand our company in detail.
FLOW-#02
External etiquette course
There is participation in external seminars, and you will learn about a revolution in awareness from being a student to a member of society, as well as business etiquette, communication in the workplace (report, contact, consultation, etc.) and social rules.
FLOW-#03
Practicing production technology
Learn about prototypes, sheet metal presses, resin molds / equipment, and welding work, actually assemble products, and experience and understand a way of thinking that will enable you to perform production efficiently without waste, leading to cost reductions.
FLOW-#04
Practicing quality assurance and quality control
Use measuring devices (3D, image dimensions, etc.), confirm and test product standards and quality specs (strength, open/close durability, etc.), and experience and understand the importance of quality.
FLOW-#05
Practice at factory sites
Enter the actual manufacturing site and experience all of the various processes from manufacturing to shipping, including press processing, assembly, welding, resin molding work, parts acceptance, and packaging work, and understand the flow until the products are made.
