Using the features of each factory<\/div>\n
Since starting production of door latches in 1967, we have constantly worked to develop new human-based products using the technology accumulated over many years, and we have developed a strong track record and high level of trust. Production sites deployed domestically and overseas are utilized to create these products. In order to provide products of a stable quality, faster and at lower cost, we have constructed an efficient production organization, and with the features of each factory, we have enabled more sophisticated, smoother production.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

HEAD OFFICE<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
At our main factory, we have established cutting-edge equipment and an efficient press system, to provide consistent concentrated production of metal press parts. The products manufactured here maintain a high level of quality, and respond to the need for \u201cbetter products faster\u201d.<\/div>\n

SECOND FACTORY<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
This is the fine blanking press process with which to achieve product precision and good operability. With the rationalized cutting-edge equipment here at the 2nd factory, we are creating high-precision parts, with precision part processing with extremely clean shear planes. We are also creating press molds for creating high-precision parts.<\/div>\n

At the Technical Center, with the basic concept of \u201cproduct creation that considers human safety,\u201d we are striving to research and develop safe door latches, etc., while receiving feedback from each department. We are now aiming to create products that are compatible with the motorization of automobiles and automatic driving.<\/div>\n
